Your résumé should NOT be boring. Should it be factual? Yes. Organized? Yes again. Embellished with fancy formatting or graphics? No.

Not all career coaches agree with the opening statement. My view is that of a hiring manager; I want to read résumés that spark my interest in the candidate, and a boring document won't accomplish that.
